Welcome to Threesome . By accessing or using the Threesome application, you agree to to be bound by these terms of use, whether or not you create a Threesome account. If you wish to create a Threesome account and use the services, please review the terms carefully
1. eligibility
You are at least 18 years old to use Threesome . we do not accpet user under 18, and no one under 18 should attempt to submit any personal information to Threesome . If you suspect a user is under the age of 18, please report to us and we will delete it.
2 Creat Account
You will need to register and create only one unique profile for use of the Services. To register a account, you will need provide a valid email and certain information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You will not include any telephone numbers, street addresses, URLs, multimedia, artworks downloaded from external sources, email addresses or any other contact information in your profile or in any other publicly viewable User Content or other communications made in connection with your use of the Services. Additionally, you will not include your last name in your dating profile. You understand and agree that anyone may be able to view any information you choose to make publically available.
3.Account Security .
You understand that you are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Threesome Account and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your Threesome Account, including the purchase of any of our Paid Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Threesome Account and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Threesome . In the event that you forgot your login information and wish to retrieve it, you will be directed to a password recovery section where you will be asked for the email address associated with your Threesome Account.
You agree to immediately notify Threesome if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Threesome account or any other breach of security.
To use particular caution when accessing your Threesome Account from a public or shared computer and/or mobile device so that others are not able to view or record your personal information. For instance, never give out your password, and remember to lock your mobile device when it is not in use. Threesome account security breach if you believe your Threesome Account has been accessed by an unauthorized person, Please email us at support@ ayunyou.com. You acknowledge that Threesome is not, and will not, be liable or responsible for any losses or damages arising from the theft or misappropriation of your Threesome account. You further acknowledge and agree that Threesome is not responsible for, and has no control over, any security breaches experienced on any third party social networking site .
Exclusive Use. You will only use the Services for your sole, personal use and not in connection with any commercial activities. You will not authorize others to use the Services, gain access your Threesome account or otherwise attempt to transfer your right to use the Services to any other person or entity.
(d) Threesome reserves the right to disable, block, suspend or deactivate any User's use of or access to the Services, including the location information or profiles of other Users, or terminate any User's Account, for any reason whatsoever and without notice.
4. Data Usage Charges.
The use of the Services on your mobile device may require use of your data service. Depending on the plan that you have with your cellular carrier, you could incur data charges. You should check with your cellular carrier and determine how you will be charged for data usage. Threesome not responsible for your data usage and will not be responsible for data charges that you may incur while using the Services. You are responsible for any Internet connection, data or other fees assessed by your cellular carrier to access the Services via your wireless device, including any data plan charges, toll, out-of-area, roaming, or other wireless device connection charges.
5 Interactions with Other Users.
No Commercial Solicitation or Advertising. You will not engage in any advertising or solicitation to buy or sell any products or services through the use of the Services and you will not transmit any chain letters, junk or spam email or communications to other Users. Additionally, you will not use any information obtained from the Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell products or services to any User without their prior explicit consent.
You assume all risk when using the Services, including but not limited to all risks associated with any online or offline interactions with others, including dating. You understand that Threesome does not routinely screen its Users, inquire into the background of its Users, attempt to verify information provided by its Users or conduct criminal screenings of its Users so please proceed with caution. Threesome does not make any representations, warranties or guarantees as to the conduct of its Users, information provided by Users, or their compatibility with you. You alone are responsible for your involvement with other Users.
You agree that Threesome will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred as the result of any such interactions with other Users. In no event shall the Company be liable (directly or indirectly) for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Service including, without limitation, death, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other users or persons you meet through the Service. You agree to take all necessary precautions in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person, or if you decide to send money to another user. You understand that the Company makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your ultimate compatibility with individuals you meet through the Service.
User Conduct. Threesome is not responsible or liable in any manner for the conduct of its Users, whether or not such conduct is in connection with the use of the Services. You acknowledge that you use the Services entirely at your own risk. In order to keep use of the Services fun and safe, you agree not to do any of the following in connection with the Services or the Users thereof
1.That promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
2.Involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming" (or "spimming", "phishing", "trolling" or similar activities);
3.Promotes information that is false or misleading, or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is defamatory, libelous or otherwise objectionable;
4.May infringe or violate any patent, trade-mark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party, including User Content that contains others' copyrighted content (e.g., photos, images, music, movies, videos, etc.) without obtaining proper permission first;
5.Contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
6.Provides material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other illegal manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18;
7.Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons or drugs, violating someone’s privacy, or providing, disseminating or creating computer viruses;
8.Impersonates, or otherwise misrepresents affiliation, connection or association with, any person or entity
9.Solicit, promote, or encourage criminal or clearly reckless behavior
10.Use the Services in any unlawful manner or in a manner that is harmful to or violates the rights of others;
11.Engage in any unlawful, lewd, harassing, obscene, intimidating, threatening, predatory or stalking behaviour;
13.Use the Services in any manner that could disrupt, damage, disable, overburden, impair or affect the performance of the Services or
Threesome ’s computer systems/technology or interfere with or attempt to interfere with any other User's use of the Services or User's computer systems/technology;
14.Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your age, identity, affiliation, connection or association with, any person or entity;
15.Make any commercial use of the Services or promote or solicit involvement in or support of a political platform, religion, cult, or sect;
16.Defraud, swindle or deceive other Users, requests money from, or is intended to otherwise defraud, other users of the Service;
17.Disseminate another User's personal information without his or her permission, or collect or solicit another User's personal information for commercial or unlawful purposes;
19.Use any scripts, bots or other automated technology to scrape or access the Services;
21.Use the Services to redirect Users to other sites or encourage Users to visit other sites;
23.Distribute unsolicited commercial messages or spam, and or use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, " data mine ", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure, security features or presentation of the Services or its contents;
24.Attempt to access any Services that you are not authorized to access; or permit or allow other people or third parties to access and use the Services via your Threesome Account.
25 You understand and agree that if Bi meet believes in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, misused the Services or behaved in a way that could be regarded as inappropriate, unlawful, illegal or unsafe, Threesome may, among other things, investigate, take legal action against you and/or terminate your Threesome Account and cancel your subscription and/or membership without notice to you.
5.Reporting Violations.
If you wish to report any violation of these Terms by others, including Users, you may do so by using the report button (" Report ") located in the Services. You may click on the Report button located in the drop down menu on a User's profile in order to flag Users that are in violation. While we will make reasonable efforts to review Threesome Accounts that are flagged in a timely manner, we are under no obligation to remove the flagged Threesome Account and in no way represent that we will remove or otherwise address flagged Threesome Accounts.
6. Payment agreement
We have 3 subscription options on VIP membership service . Threesome does not receive or process payments or credit card information directly. You may purchase Paid Services through an App Store such as Google Play account and/or Apple iTunes account (a " Third Party Account ").
Please note that with all subscriptions:
a)**Prices are in U.S. dollars, may vary in countries other than the U.S. and are subject to change without notice.
b) Automatic Renewal of Subscriptions. When you pay for a subscription through a Third Party Account and you do not cancel your subscription prior to the end of the subscription term, your subscription for the Services will continue indefinitely until cancelled by you. After your initial subscription period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing. You agree that your Threesome account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature. You acknowledge and agree that your Third Party Account will be automatically charged for such subscription fees, plus any applicable taxes, upon each such automatic renewal. You acknowledge that your subscription is subject to automatic renewals and you consent to and accept responsibility for all recurring charges through a Third Party Account based on this automatic renewal feature without further authorization from you and without further notice except as required by law.
c) Cancellation of Subcriptions. When you purchase a subscription through a Third Party Account, you will need to cancel your subscription through that third party, an App Store, not Threesome and in accordance with that third party's terms and conditions. Cancellations are effective the following billing period in which payment is due. If you cancel your subscription your subscription benefits will continue until the end of your then current subscription term, but your subscription will not be renewed after that term expires. You will not be entitled to a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for the then current subscription term.
7 Objectionable or Prohibited Content
The Company reserves the right to investigate, suspend and/or terminate your account if you have misused the Service or behaved in a way the Company regards as inappropriate or unlawful, including actions or communications the occur off the Service but involve users you meet through the Service. The following is a partial list of the type of actions that you may not engage in with respect to the Service. Content that:
1. Obscene, pornographic, profane, defamatory, abusive, offensive, indecent, sexually oriented, lewd, threatening, harassing, inflammatory, inaccurate, misrepresentative, fraudulent or illegal;
2. Promotes racism, sexism, homophobia, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
3. Intended to, or does, harass, or intimidate any other User or third party;
4. May infringe or violate any patent, trade-mark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party, including User Content that contains others' copyrighted content (e.g., photos, images, music, movies, videos, etc.) without obtaining proper permission first;
5. Contains video, audio, photographs, or images of another person without his or her express written consent (or in the case of a minor, the minor's legal guardian) or otherwise violates anyone's right of privacy or publicity;
6. Promotes or enables illegal or unlawful activities, such as instructions on how to make or buy illegal weapons or drugs;
7. Violates someone's data privacy or data protection rights;
8. Contains viruses, time bombs, malware, trojan horses, cancelbots, worms or other harmful, or disruptive codes, components or devices;
9. Contains any advertising, fundraising or promotional content;
10. Impersonate any person or entity.
11. Solicit money from any users.
12. Express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by the Company without our specific prior written consent.
13. Access the Service in a jurisdiction in which it is illegal or unauthorized;
14. Ask or use users to conceal the identity, source, or destination of any illegally gained money or products.
15. Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents.
16. Collect usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Service.
17. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service.。
18. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted to or through the Service (either directly or indirectly through use of third party software).
19. Use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to the Company or the Service (or any trademark, trade name, service mark, logo or slogan of the Company) to direct any person to any other website for any purpose.
20. Post, use, transmit or distribute, directly or indirectly, (e.g. screen scrape) in any manner or media any content or information obtained from the Service other than solely in connection with your use of the Service in accordance with this Agreement.
8. Privacy
Threesome takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how Threesome collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information from its Users. You understand and agree that if you post any User Content, information or material of a personal or private nature in your profile or in any private or public areas of the Services or post or provide to Threesome any information or content which is intended to be shared with other Users, such content, information and materials will be shared with others accordingly, and you hereby consent to such sharing. You understand that by using the Services you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy
9. Term and Termination
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Service and/or have a Threesome account. You may disable your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions in "Settings" in the Service. The Company may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if the Company believes that you have breached this agreement, or for any other reason, with or without cause, in its sole discretion. Upon such termination or suspension, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused fees for in app purchases. The company is not required to disclose, and may be prohibited by law from disclosing, the reason for the termination or suspension of your account. After your account is terminated for any reason, all terms of this agreement survive such termination, and continue in full force and effect, except for any terms that by their nature expire or are fully satisfied.
